Suzi came to me over a year ago looking to change her lifestyle after having a back procedure. To prevent injuries and to change up my routine when he can see that it’s harming me. - I’m way more confident!! I don’t walk like an old person anymore. The coaching helped in that my coach could see and hear where my struggles were. - I’ve lost inches, I’m more agile, I’m stronger physically and mentally. You helped fix problem areas after injuries. - To be able to send videos when I’m unsure of my form or in a different city with different equipment, to be able send questions via text or in app messaging and getting prompt replies keeps the motivation going!!
Rydley worked with me all summer and achieved all his goals. Become stronger ✅ Become faster ✅ Become more explosive ✅ Gain 10 pounds ✅ Rydley’s dedication, consistency and focus toward his training also helped him earn a spot at Swift Current Broncos (WHL) main camp in which he did very well as a 16 year old. Now currently lighting up the NWJHL averaging almost a point per game as a D-man. Here’s what he had to say about his experience and how it has impacted him on and off the ice👇🏻- - I gained 10 pounds of muscle which was a goal of mine when we first started training. It felt really good to see my weight go up and know that I was making progress. - The extra weight has really helped my on ice game with being able to fight off hits and bumps from other players and keeping control of the puck easier. - It has really benefited my on ice all around performance. - Having a trainer helps me be more motivated to get up and go to the gym knowing I have a trainer waiting. - He pushed me to get better every time I came to the gym and once I stepped on the ice after training all summer I could feel a lot of improvements on my speed and explosiveness and that just motivates me to keep training hard and keep reaching new levels with my game.

Now currently playing for the Barons, and having a healthy lead in the leagues scoring race. Here’s what he had to say about his experience and how it has impacted him on and off the ice. 👇 I became faster and more explosive on the ice which made me feel accomplished and wanting to continue to train and get faster. It has helped me become more patient with results knowing it takes time for results to come even when working super hard/helped me stay consistent. It definitely made me more and confident and more motivated as well, you pushing me played a big role in the gym to help me get the most out of my time. An advantage to having a trainer would be how hard they push you to get the most out of your time in the gym. It has made me feel stronger and more confident as well as a better hockey player. It has impacted me in a lot of positive ways by pushing, challenging and encouraging me. Something I did was not snack as much, and eat as much as I could during full meals as well as make protein a priority for example protein shakes.
