Owned by Brian Klassen, P.H.A.S.T. Fitness has come to life out of pure passion and love for sports, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle. Working out, exercising, and living a healthy lifestyle is much more than just going to the gym, or simply pumping iron. P.H.A.S.T. Fitness is all about improving effectively and getting the results that you are trying to achieve. The name “P.H.A.S.T.” comes from different attributes of health, it stands for “Performance, Health, Anthropometrics, Strength, Training”. Brian is a AFLCA trainer coming out of GPRC (Grande Prairie Regional College) and is currently training in La Crete, Alberta. Brian uses his knowledge and his eye for specifics to design some of the most effective, creative, and thought out programs and training sessions.
